Welcome to Caprilite, the largest specialist company for fascinators and wedding millinery in the UK formed in 2011. Delivery Options

Royal Mail Second Class Delivery: 2-5 Working Days

Royal Mail First Class Delivery: 1-2 days

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: Next Day Delivery if ordered before 2pm

Royal Mail International: 10-20 Working Days

If for any reason your item has not been delivered within these time frames. Please contact us.

Returns

Returns are accepted for items returned in the same condition as it was received. Unless damaged, customers must pay for returned postage.

If the wrong item was received or received damaged, please contact us on sales@caprilite.com and we will resend perfect replacements if appropriate.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

6. Print out the approval page or add a note inside the package with your full name and order number.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for damaged items, non-delivery, or returned items. Please contact us first for full instructions for refunds.

Our company has been built from customer requests, which is why we have such a huge range of colour varieties. We create bespoke fascinators which can provide over 1000 fascinator colour combinations. Our bespoke fascinators are handmade by our milliners in our Central London Studio Millinery.
